What role you will play?

You will lead our scrum team, promoting the Agile mindset, values, and behaviours in our global teams. Working with the product owner and platform owner you will align sprint goals with the business and technology priorities captured in the backlog.

You will also play a key role in helping your team deliver to a high standard by fostering a a supportive and outcome focused culture that promotes psychological safety and a learning mindset.

What you offer

  • Certified scrum master or 3-5 years experience
  • Familiarity with market leading Agile tools, JIRA desirable
  • Solid understanding of processes and methodologies other than Agile and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to our teams
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
